From the cool industrial space to the songs that inspired us, here's an exclusive look behind the scenes of our latest Autumn/Winter 16 photo shoot...

Inspired by photographer Peter Lindbergh and his iconic black and white editorial shoot of Kate Moss for Italian Vogue, this season's location shoot has a filmic theme. Camera lenses and film equipment were kept in shot to create an "on-set" aesthetic, while natural lighting and raw, contrasting backgrounds were used to showcase the new collection.
A vast industrial open-plan space, with huge steel windows, impressive high ceilings and stark concrete floors; the location for our shoot was a beautiful old Amsterdam warehouse, which had been converted by a fashion designer into his office space.
An uncomplicated setting on the outskirts of the city, it was easy to light, ideal to photograph, but near impossible to heat! If hush were based in a country where the temperature never dropped below 16 degrees, it would be the perfect place to work in.
Our shoots have changed so much over the past 13 years - from using old-fashioned film to remote controlled drones shooting video!
Suzi and Coco were our furry friends on set, here they are modelling our AW16 accessories!
During the shoot we stocked up on nutritious superfood salads and delicious smoothies for lunch from SLA, famous in Amsterdam and for good reason. For more restaurant recommendations check out our food guide to the best eateries in the city.
A playlist of the songs we had on repeat during the shoot, listen to all the albums here!
