Our favourite online board games to play with friends
For many of us, bank holiday weekends are a time for getting together with family and friends. We cook and enjoy expertly timed, wholesome dinners, snuggle up to watch classic films and fill the gaps in-between with beloved board games that haven’t seen the light of day since last Christmas.
Of course, the Easter weekend will be a little different this year – but that doesn’t mean Games Night is cancelled. Whether your clan prefers puzzling word games or to “pass go and collect £200”, just head online and you’ll find plenty of ways to enjoy a good old fashioned board game or two.
Here are five of our favourites.
Uno may seem like the kind of card-shedding game that’s best played together around the kitchen table, but we’re happy to confirm that Uno With Friends is just as fun as the real thing. Just download the game to your desktop and invite your friends to a private room. From here, all the classic game rules apply. Oh, and feel free to shout "Uno!" out loud, even if no one else can hear you.
