The Pink Lady
I N G R E D I E N T S
50ml (2 fl oz) dry gin
15ml (½ fl oz) lemon juice
10ml (¼ fl oz) grenadine
1 egg white
M E T H O D
Shake all the ingredients as hard as you can.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and serve with a maraschino cherry!
